If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you purchased any 'live' product, ie trees or seed etc, once we have dispatched your goods, under section 13, paragraph 1c of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulation 2000, goods that are made to the consumer specifications or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly means your statutory 7 working days cooling off period is void, and you are then unable to return any product.
However for any non 'live' products ie pots or grafting tape etc, you have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, ie still sealed and parcel unopened.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as per original method of payment, where possible.
You will receive the credit within a reasonable amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION IMPORTANT - Scions and Barerooted Rootstock. Any orders containing scions or barerooted rootstocks will be shipped from January onwards.
