Quince A - Pear Rootstock - Bare Rooted

Used for grafting pears and quinces. It is more vigourous than Quince C, and it can grow to 4.5m tall.

These are 'Grade B' rootstocks, and as such may have very little root growth. There is nothing wrong with them, except they may need an extra year in the ground.

NB: for a successful rooting it is essential for the trees to be placed in water for 48 to 72 hours before planting, to enable them to suck up plenty of water.
